Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned.
A return may be accepted if:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and provide your order details along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Any refund will be issued using an appropriate available refund method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from their original sealed packaging, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.
Order Cancellation
